The threads in this type of saffron are uniformly 1.5cm to 3cm and have the deepest red color, indicating highest concentration level of saffron possible. BLACK LABEL LINE

With the exception of our Royal Super Negin Saffron (Blue Label Line), Super Negin Saffron is the most expensive and rare trim of Saffron. This category of saffron is known not only for being extremely potent but also for its aesthetically pleasing features. Aside from Royal Super Negin Saffron, the threads in Super Negin Saffron (Black Label Line) are longer in length compared to all other trims of Saffron, they have deep red color and contain no yellow or orange threads. The threads are cut symmetrically and contain no crumbs.
It's important to note, that in terms of potency (Coloring Power, Aroma and Flavor), our Black Label Saffron is comparable to our Blue Label Saffron, but the length of the threads and concentration level of saffron will be slightly shorter and lower respectively.

The word Negin in Persian means "jewel". To obtain this quality, the red saffron stigmas are cut exactly at the point were they branch out from the white base. Three filaments taking on the red color; The filaments are uniform, thick and slightly darker in color.

GOLD LABEL LINE

The name means "Top of the Flower" (Sar = top, Gol = flower). Internationally called "All Red", it is the most widely available variety of Persian saffron in the world. It is of exquisite quality and concentration, composed only of the tips of the stigmas. The filaments are shorter and completely red.
