What is Royal Super Negin Saffron?
More prized and expensive than regular Super Negin, Royal Super Negin saffron is the best and rarest type of saffron in the world. This type of saffron provides maximum yield and unmatched potency (coloring power, aroma and flavor). Furthermore, due to its higher concentration level of saffron, less quantity can be used instead of the usual consumption of any other type of saffron.

What is the difference between Royal Super Negin and the other types of saffron?
The concentration level of saffron is higher in this type of saffron compared to other types. In this type of saffron, the degraded carotenoid compounds like crocin and crocetin are extremely high. The Royal Super Negin saffron can be differentiated by the length of threads and its deep red color. The Super Negin type of saffron will also be similar to Royal Super Negin, but the length of threads is shorter and the concentration level of saffron is lower.

In a year, the harvest will happen 3 to 4 times. We get more quantity of this category of saffron only from the first harvest; Which is why this category of saffron is so scarce. Knowledge about the concentration of saffron
The concentration level of saffron depends on the degraded carotenoid compounds like crocin and crocetin. If the level of those compounds are high then the concentration level of saffron will also be high. We can identify the concentration level of saffron by its color and smell. More concentration indicates the deep red color and strong fragrance.
